Respiratory tract scRNA-seq data analysis showed that pulmonary AT2 cells and respiratory epithelial cells had high ACE2 expression. The nasal and bronchial samples showed no ACE2 expression. Thus, the lungs are considered a high-risk organ for SARS-CoV-2 infections.
