| || Comparative In silico analyses of SARS-CoV-2 genomic features (codon, codon pair, dinucleotide usage, and RNA structure around the frameshift region) was performed to find out the best potential target gene for codon pair deoptimization. Genes N and S are suggested as best targets, because of high codon pair bias (CPB) compared to that of other viral genes.
